At Jafra Cosmetics International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Care

  Reach out to our support team or your dedicated Jafra Consultant to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center address provided during the authorization process.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 7-10 business days.
